12 SPINDLES UTILIZED

The VELOCITY utilizes 12 spindles in its single pass polishing. Center water feed on all spindles expect the Servo Shaping
Spindle and each spindle has its own corresponding control and pressure gauge.

SINGLE PASS, PRECISION POLISHING

Polish a variety of edge types including: Flat-Edge, Flat-Edge with Radius top and/or bottom, bullnose, half-bullnose, T profiles, and other convex shapes; in a single pass with an average production rate of 12"-24" per minute (depending on material/profile).

AUTOMATIC OPERATIONS WITH 70 REPEATABLE PROFILES

Full color, high resolution touch screen displays complete information to control machine and setup edge profiles. Program Library stores up to 70 programmable, repeatable edge profiles allow different machine setups to be made quickly and easily.

POWERED BELT CONVEYOR DRIVE

The VELOCITY single pass edger utilizes a 2’ wide x 17’ long non-slip, non-marring conveyor belt. This powered conveyor belt drive uses a 1 HP washdown duty AC motor with variable frequency drive speed control (4” – 40” / minute).
