Details Horizontal Multi-Head Edge Polisher for flat & bullnose profiles; variable speed through feed conveyor style; all electric (no hydraulics). (12) Spindles in total: (1) Calibrating, (1) frontal rectifying, (2) chamfering/beveling, (1) profiling diamond, (6) main group polishing, (1) bottom side honing.

Features: Automatic pressure control, automatic water supply, automatic lubrication, and spindle selection control through the use of limit switches.

Capacity: Min. thickness cap. of 10 mm for flat edges and 15 mm for bullnose; max. thickness cap. of 60 mm for flat and 40 mm for bullnose; min. width cap. of 180 mm, max. width of 2,400 mm (has extendable support bar). Speeds up to 140 linear feet/Hr for flat and 50 If/Hr for bullnose. Total installed power of 30 kW; max. water consumption of 32 GPM. Installed dimensions of 19' L x 6-1/2' D including infeed & outfeed roller tables)
